Lead Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Provide advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure organizational growth.
• Interpret complex information and lead client business review sessions to influence technology decisions.
• Develop, recommend, and facilitate activities for implementing new technologies into existing processes.
• Advise project managers and directors on technology functionality and utilization based on business dynamics.
• Resolve ambiguous challenges by devising new methods using analytical and inductive thinking.
• Gather complex business requirements from partners and lead discussions to design technical solutions.
• Prepare and validate solution design documents covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to mentor team members and guide end-to-end project implementations.

What we're looking for

• Experience with 3-4+ years as a BSA in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions.
• Ability to elicit complex business requirements and produce strong documentation.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Expertise in data analysis, gap analysis, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience of at least 2 years with Confluence/Jira while working in an Agile environment (preferred).
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified location.
