Business Intelligence Analyst II

What you'll do

• Design and build insight-generating reports and dashboards to support strategic business outcomes and OKRs.
• Use SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau to communicate product insights to stakeholders.
• Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, and reporting workflows.
• Identify and leverage data for time-critical and strategic decision-making processes.
• Partner with leadership to roll out and drive the adoption of key dashboards and metrics.
• Monitor and analyze product performance to improve value propositions and offerings.
• Collaborate with data producers during the development lifecycle to ensure high data quality and availability.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis and building dashboards to drive business decisions.
• Ability to think strategically and complete projects with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient experience writing complex queries in SQL and other relational data languages.
• Minimum 2 years of Tableau experience developing and managing dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and metrics involving data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for optimizing workflows (preferred).
• Experience in telephony, email, messaging, social media, or other electronic communications (preferred).
