Senior Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst

What you'll do

• Design and maintain program-level dashboards to track KPIs, investments, and value realization for the AIM28 portfolio.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to extract and clean multi-dimensional datasets from raw and manual sources.
• Develop executive-facing reports and automated narratives to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Codify KPI definitions and benefit-realization methodologies into governed data models to ensure a single source of truth.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using Python, Power Automate, or other scripting tools to replace manual processes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on benefit variances and program performance to identify root causes and provide recommendations.
• Enable governed self-service analytics for stakeholders to reduce the volume of ad hoc data requests.
• Own the full end-to-end analytics stack independently, including requirements, data modeling, solution design, and UAT.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Analyst, or related role is required.
• Expert SQL proficiency and strong knowledge of data design and modeling are required.
• Expert-level dashboard development in Power BI or equivalent for executive audiences is required.
• Experience programming in Python or similar languages for ETL and automation is required.
• Working knowledge of core finance concepts and experience partnering with FP&A teams is required.
• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Snowflake is preferred.
