Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst joins a team supporting an AI-native technology company to drive the delivery, adoption, and expansion of partner-led AI solutions. This role serves as a strategic analytical partner for SMB Sales leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations regarding strategy, resource allocation, and performance management. The analyst will identify growth opportunities, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop dashboards to track metrics across various markets and products. Key responsibilities include moving beyond standard reporting to provide diagnostic and predictive insights while managing both structured and unstructured information. To achieve these goals, the candidate must utilize SQL, AI coding tools, and advanced AI capabilities to automate workflows and accelerate insight development. The role focuses on solving business problems related to partner performance, customer outcomes, and the commercial impact of AI-driven technology in a fast-paced environment.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to influence sales strategy, resource allocation, and frontline execution.
Identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities by analyzing performance across various markets, products, and segments.
Partner with Sales leadership to provide data-informed insights for planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Use AI tools and coding to automate repetitive reporting, develop custom dashboards, and improve data workflows.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations while navigating changing requirements and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Develop diagnostic and predictive insights from both structured and unstructured information sources.
What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
Must demonstrate success turning data into commercial insights and practical business recommendations rather than just producing reports.
Must possess practical knowledge of B2B or SMB sales motions including pipeline management, acquisition, activation, conversion, adoption, retention, and growth.
Must have experience partnering directly with Sales leaders or client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to communicate executive-ready insights and influence senior stakeholders through clear, concise business narratives.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
Experience in software, SaaS, technology, partner-led sales, or other complex B2B commercial environments (preferred).
Hands-on experience using AI platforms, automating analysis, or combining quantitative data with qualitative information (preferred).
