As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join the team to lead EDI implementation projects and drive business intelligence initiatives. You will manage the onboarding of non-core transactions like 844, 849, and 845 sets while ensuring compatibility between internal and external systems. Your daily responsibilities include gathering requirements for reporting, developing dashboards, performing data analysis to identify operational gaps, and utilizing process mining tools to eliminate bottlenecks. You will create KPI metrics to measure EDI adoption and automation success. To succeed, you must be proficient in BigQuery, Spanner, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, JDE/ERP systems, and SAP/Vistex. The role focuses on solving complex problems within healthcare distribution, contract administration, and supply chain operations by translating technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders while improving overall process efficiency through automation and documentation.
Lead the implementation and onboarding of EDI non-core transactions including chargeback processing and contract eligibility.
Analyze client and supplier requirements to ensure compatibility between internal and external systems for electronic information exchange.
Manage project plans, implementation schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting for new EDI projects and enhancements.
Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, user acceptance testing, and production deployments with technical and business partners.
Translate business requirements into actionable reporting, dashboards, and visualization solutions using tools like BigQuery and Looker.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Utilize process mining tools to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and develop standard operating procedures.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve compliance controls.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in EDI implementations, business intelligence, business analysis, process improvement, or related fields.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
Experience supporting implementation or integration initiatives involving suppliers, customers, or third-party partners.
Proficiency with BigQuery, Spanner, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of EDI transaction sets (844, 845, 849), JDE/ERP systems, and SAP/Vistex.
Experience with healthcare distribution, contract administration, pricing, chargebacks, or supply chain operations (preferred).
Knowledge of project management methodologies, change management practices, vendor onboarding, and EDI mapping activities (preferred).
