What you'll do

Own end-to-end lab buildout execution for RF and system-integration environments across multiple sites.
Coordinate deployment of complex lab infrastructure including test equipment, cabling, power systems, and secure network access.
Ensure operational readiness of labs through detailed planning, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support RF lab environments by managing instrumentation, network design, and reliability improvements for integration testing.
Manage procurement processes for lab equipment, track vendor coordination, and maintain asset inventory across multiple locations.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in lab operations or hardware development management.
Experience building and maintaining engineering labs with RF test environments.
Proficiency in networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, and firewall rules.
Ability to manage procurement processes, vendor coordination, and asset tracking.
Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed lab documentation and operational runbooks.
Capacity to travel regularly between multiple sites for lab buildouts and operations management.
