Maintain and optimize lab network infrastructure including VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall access.
Manage procurement processes by translating technical requirements into BOMs, tracking vendor quotes, and monitoring delivery schedules.
Oversee asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and maintenance for all lab hardware and networking devices.
Create and maintain standardized documentation including rack diagrams, port maps, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Drive uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and failure-response processes.
Travel to various sites to lead critical installations, site readiness reviews, and infrastructure handoffs.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field.
Must have 5+ years of experience in lab operations, hardware development management, systems development, RF test, network operations, or infrastructure deployment.
Must have experience building, operating, or maintaining engineering labs, RF labs, network labs, telecom labs, or hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Must possess working knowledge of RF test environments including chambers, antennas, cabling, and signal generation equipment.
Must possess working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as switching, routing, VLANs, IP addressing, and firewall rules.
Must have experience managing procurement, BOMs, vendor coordination, delivery schedules, and asset tracking.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
