What you'll do

Manage end-to-end lab buildout execution for RF and system-integration environments across multiple geographic sites.
Coordinate the deployment of physical infrastructure including racks, chambers, cabling, power, and cooling systems.
Maintain and support RF test equipment, network infrastructure, and hardware-in-the-loop testing environments.
Standardize lab configurations, documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.
Manage the procurement process by translating technical requirements into bills of materials and tracking vendor deliveries.
Oversee asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and budget execution for all lab hardware and network devices.
Lead on-site execution for critical infrastructure deployments, chamber installations, and major test-bed readiness efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in new hardware products development.
7+ years of engineering team management experience.
Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing).
Experience with the project management of technical projects.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies (preferred).
Experience developing products for large volume production (preferred).
