What you'll do

Coordinate pre-release testing of new hardware and mobile app builds before they reach beta cohorts.
Drive the identification, tracking, and resolution of bugs and quality issues with engineering teams.
Monitor the health and uptime of the Solution Lab test fleet as a shared resource.
Execute country-specific functional test cases including regional IP routing and legal interception requirements.
Operationalize the Field Quality Engineering partnership to dispatch expert testers globally on short notice.
Manage project schedules, hardware delivery logistics, and risk mitigation across multiple international regions.
Define and report data-backed metrics to leadership to demonstrate that testing is on track.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Working knowledge of networking or connectivity concepts such as IP routing, DNS, DHCP, latency, packet loss, and VPN.
3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
Experience in satellite, telecommunications, wireless/RF, networking, or other connectivity/hardware domains (preferred).
