IT Technician Fab Support

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and provision new computers in the FAB according to established standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware within cleanroom environments while following strict safety and gowning protocols.
• Provide immediate, high-priority troubleshooting for production-critical systems to ensure 24/7 assembly line uptime.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and hardware lifecycle tickets using ITSM platforms like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory and hardware lifecycle records for all endpoints in cleanroom and sub-fab areas.
• Monitor server performance, capacity, and health to ensure optimal uptime and availability.

What we're looking for

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience (1+ years) in systems support, IT operations, or manufacturing IT environments.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong ability to communicate and explain technical issues to process engineers, cleanroom operators, and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
