IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on personal computers and related systems.
• Configure cellular phones for end users to meet corporate specifications.
• Install software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops.
• Maintain accurate physical and logical tracking of all supported PC assets.
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems for end-user computers.
• Interact with vendors to facilitate repairs of printers, laptops, and desktops.
• Define methods and procedures for new assignments and provide guidance to other personnel.

What we're looking for

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• An associate degree is preferred or equivalent experience and training (preferred).
• Working knowledge of PC architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.
• Advanced knowledge of imaging processes used for deployment of PCs in standard environments.
• Demonstrates advanced technical skills to conduct on-the-job training and guide other associates.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer a plus (preferred).
