What you'll do

Design, deploy, and augment networking, server, and desktop hardware for mission-critical systems.
Provide direct IT support during active launch and test campaigns.
Perform system upgrades and maintenance during off-peak hours and weekends.
Monitor IT services to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.
Author and maintain technical documentation including design drawings and operational procedures.
Utilize automation tools and infrastructure-as-code initiatives for systems engineering.
Ensure all systems comply with industry and cybersecurity standards like ITAR, ISO, and NIST.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration.
Must have extensive hands-on experience with both Linux and Windows server administration.
Must have significant experience designing, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
Ability to pass a DoD background check for launch site access.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Powershell/Python) and automation frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Experience with network protocols, firewall administration, cybersecurity technologies, and virtualization platforms.
Must possess an active valid driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs.
