Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for Windows workstations, Linux servers, and network devices.
• Install and manage operating systems and applications using PowerShell, PDQ, or MECM tools.
• Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on data center equipment and end-user hardware.
• Secure systems according to STIG guidelines by reviewing ACAS scans and mitigating security findings.
• Manage database integrity, including security, data safety, disaster recovery, and bulk data transfers.
• Document all support actions, resolution notes, and system configurations within the ServicePlus ticketing system.
• Develop and test backup and recovery plans to ensure continuous business operations.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and eligibility for a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant systems administration experience required.
• Must obtain Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with RHEL, Windows, and storage administration is required.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Red Hat, and managing hardware/software using deployment tools like MECM or PDQ.
• TS/SCI Clearance.
