What you'll do

  • Support Information System Risk Management Framework activities including system categorization and preparing IS packages.
  • Maintain the daily security posture and continuous monitoring of Information Systems for DoD programs.
  • Perform weekly audits of systems, media, and hardware/software configurations.
  • Execute monthly vulnerability scans and coordinate with team members to adjudicate results.
  • Conduct security testing and evaluation to ensure correct implementation of security controls.
  • Manage the assessment and mitigation of vulnerabilities throughout the system life cycle.
  • Perform incident response and cleanup actions according to company or customer directions.
  • Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with System Security Plan policies.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required at time of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience are required.
  • Experience in RHEL and Windows administration is required.
  • Experience with system security assessment tools like SCAP Compliance Checker, STIG Viewer, and ACAS/Nessus is required.
  • Proficiency in Assured File Transfer (AFT) procedures is required.
  • DoD 8570 Certification meeting IAM Level I is preferred.
  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI for innovation is preferred.
