What you'll do

Deploy and manage IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and desktop hardware for mission-critical networks.
Perform system upgrades and patches during off-peak hours and weekends to maintain operational readiness.
Monitor IT services and respond aggressively to incidents to ensure continuous system performance.
Author and maintain technical documentation, including system overviews, design drawings, and procedures.
Utilize automation tools and scripting to contribute to IT systems engineering efforts.
Ensure all systems comply with industry and cybersecurity standards such as ITAR, ISO, and NIST.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration.
Experience with enterprise network administration and deployment.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Powershell/Python) and automation frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Working knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity technologies.
Ability to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
