What you'll do

Deploy and augment IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and desktop hardware for mission-critical networks.
Perform periodic systems upgrades and security patches during non-operational windows.
Monitor IT services and respond aggressively to incidents to maintain system performance.
Author and maintain technical documentation, including system overviews, design drawings, and procedures.
Use automation tools and scripting to contribute to IT systems engineering efforts.
Ensure all systems comply with industry and cybersecurity standards like ITAR, ISO, and NIST.
Troubleshoot and manage Windows-based services, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows server administration.
Experience with enterprise network administration and deployment.
Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for Department of State authorization.
Valid driver's license.
Working knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity technologies (preferred).
