What you'll do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned to business objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, resource strategies, and delivery milestones.
  • Establish and facilitate program governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
  • Identify and assess program risks, issues, and interdependencies while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, investment plans, and resource models to optimize program investments.
  • Drive organizational readiness and change management activities to ensure successful transition into support models.
  • Promote consistent program management methodologies and mentor project managers to improve organizational execution maturity.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess an active U.S. Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Must be able to work on-site in San Diego, CA.
  • Experience supporting classified environments and working within NIST, RMF, CMMC, and FedRAMP frameworks is strongly desired.
