What you'll do

Manage the execution of AI/ML software deliverables across various SoC platforms and programs.
Drive program alignment and execution across multiple technologies and business units.
Lead scoping and planning by identifying interdependencies, staffing constraints, and schedule optimizations.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to establish Plan of Records commitments and priorities.
Establish rigorous execution discipline including risk management, mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
Develop program indicators to monitor and manage project health, quality, and timelines.
Create processes to streamline the development cycle and integrate multiple technical deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on development schedules and processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
PMP Certification is preferred.
5 to 10 years of experience in technical product development and program management in the SoC/embedded industry.
5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
10+ years of Program Management or related work experience is preferred.
5+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above) is preferred.
Experience with AI/ML technology, software development principles, and end-to-end product integration.
