IT Executive Support Technician

The IT Executive Support Technician is a senior member of the onsite IT support team providing high-touch technical assistance for executives and business-critical users. This role involves managing escalated endpoint issues, maintaining conference room systems, and ensuring the success of high-visibility events like town halls and board meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems while performing proactive technology readiness checks. The position requires expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms, alongside experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID. Technical skills include managing TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN protocols to resolve network issues. Candidates must be proficient in AV technologies like Zoom and Microsoft Teams while maintaining asset records and creating technical documentation to improve support standards for the broader team.
