What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures for end users.
- Provide on-site technical support for office equipment including printers and conferencing systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on IT systems.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets by tracking inventory and maintaining database accuracy.
- Deploy new machines for associates and perform hardware refreshes or reclaims.
- Document support cases clearly to ensure information continuity and meet service standards.
- Execute assigned IT projects and equipment deployments as directed by leadership.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in PC and hardware support, IT Help Desk support, or technical customer support.
- Strong experience providing technical support in customer-facing IT environments like schools, higher education, or retail service organizations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware issues both in-person and remotely while prioritizing cases of varying complexity.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word), CMS, and device monitoring tools.
- Skill in spreadsheet management and maintaining high-integrity asset databases for inventory tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network failures, and office equipment issues.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications (preferred).
- Microsoft Certified Fundamentals or Google IT Support Professional Certificate (preferred).
