What you'll do

Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to improve large-scale data systems and ensure end-to-end application monitoring.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate capacity analysis, documentation, and the identification of recurring risks.
Drive daily activities supporting standard capacity process applications and manage remediation statuses.
Execute technical workflows to build or break down complex problems across multiple technologies and applications.
Automate manual processes into automated workflows on a continuous basis using scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle while proactively remediating security risks and ensuring compliance with controls.
Validate AI-assisted recommendations to ensure all technical changes align with resiliency, security, and auditability requirements.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, and performance assessments.
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure Cloud platforms and Python or other scripting tools.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and data visualization platforms like Tableau.
Proficiency with CMDB inventory management (ServiceNow) and observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
Ability to use Agile practices and backlog prioritization tools like Jira to automate workflows.
Knowledge of ITAM lifecycle governance and experience in Tech Risk & Controls oversight.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure engineering with a focus on validation and security.
