What you'll do

Develop, integrate, and operate enterprise external collaboration platforms including Virtual Data Rooms, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Manage external identity and access controls to ensure secure partner engagement across various platforms.
Onboard new SaaS platforms while ensuring they remain robust, compliant, and optimized for cross-company collaboration.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous operational enhancements to improve system reliability.
Monitor systems at scale and manage capacity risks in coordination with infrastructure teams.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation tasks.
Design resilient solutions by evaluating upstream and downstream impacts on data and technical systems.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Strong knowledge of one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure or AWS), serverless computing, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience implementing Single-Sign-On using SAML2 or OAuth2/OIDC and secure authentication practices.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support infrastructure workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Experience with multiple cloud technologies and the ability to operate in or migrate across public and private clouds.
Experience with modern development frameworks (Node.js, Java, Go, C#/.NET) and familiarity with enterprise IT operations (preferred).
