What you'll do

Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to improve data and systems running at scale.
Ensure end-to-end monitoring of infrastructure and applications.

Drive daily activities supporting standard capacity process applications.
Identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses with application and infrastructure teams.
Make significant decisions for projects consisting of multiple technologies and applications.
Identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows using reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
2+ years of network operations experience.
Operating knowledge of infrastructure engineering areas such as SD-WAN, fabric switching, Wi-Fi, or network security.
Proficiency in specific network infrastructure technology and programming languages like Python or Ansible.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including hardware, databases, storage engineering, automation, and performance assessments.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
Experience with wired/wireless LAN, BGP WAN, and 802.1x technologies from vendors like Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, and Forescout (preferred).
