As an Infrastructure Engineer III within the Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms, you will apply technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope focused on improving data and systems running at scale. You will build agentic automation for operational workflows like triage and runbook execution while utilizing enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation. Your daily work involves ensuring end-to-end application monitoring, identifying capacity risks, and implementing changes to modernize technology processes. You will utilize tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Cloudwatch, and Splunk alongside infrastructure-as-code technologies like Terraform and Ansible. Required skills include proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Go, experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, and expertise in managing multi-cloud environments to ensure system reliability, performance, and security across complex, mission-critical applications.
Apply problem-solving methodologies to improve data systems running at scale and ensure end-to-end application monitoring.
Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation while ensuring security compliance.
Build agentic automation for operational workflows such as triage, runbook execution, and incident summarization.
Identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows using reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches.
Design and implement dashboards to monitor system reliability, performance, and security across production environments.
Lead initiatives to improve service levels by analyzing telemetry data and establishing clear service level objectives.
Resolve technical issues and modernize infrastructure processes through scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
Partner with teams to identify and remediate capacity risks while managing platform interdependencies.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for infrastructure workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations while ensuring outcomes align with resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
Proficiency in scripting/automation and infrastructure-as-code (Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) and fluency in at least one programming language.
Experience with multiple cloud technologies including the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
Knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, databases, deployment practices, and web products like Apache, Tomcat, IIS, or WebSphere.
Advanced knowledge of reliability, scalability, performance, security, and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Cloudwatch, or Splunk.
Implementation of CI/CD pipelines, code reviews via GitHub, and experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications (preferred).
