What you'll do

Design and implement deployment and reliability approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for assigned applications and platforms.
Improve observability through white and black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection.
Resolve complex problems by using service level indicators to proactively address issues before they impact customers.
Participate in incident response, triage, and post-incident analysis to document findings and remediation actions.
Automate the remediation of recurring issues to reduce toil and improve operational stability.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
Identify and implement improvements to solve operational problems by exploring new technologies.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts.
3+ years of applied experience in site reliability engineering.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or Bash.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Skills in automating tasks and managing configurations at scale using Ansible or Terraform.
Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for SRE workflows while following data sensitivity requirements.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
