What you'll do

  • Prepares business cases and drives implementation of new technologies based on ROI.
  • Defines and leads the construction of infrastructure architecture components.
  • Establishes architectural standards for identity solutions in line with industry norms.
  • Leads major incident response and root cause analysis for identity-related services.
  • Designs scalable, secure, and resilient identity solutions for enterprise use.
  • Partners with IAM teams to enforce enterprise-wide identity standards.
  • Develops PowerShell automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines is required.
  • Candidates must reside within commuting distance of an Elevance Health Pulse Point office location.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID architecture roadmaps (preferred).
  • Expertise in identity solutions, including hybrid implementations, cloud adoption, and tiered administration modeling (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Active Directory components such as GPOs, PKI, Kerberos, and trust relationships (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID features like PIM, JIT, Zero Trust, and Conditional Access policies (preferred).
  • Ability to develop PowerShell automation scripts and perform security assessments for compliance with SOX, HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR (preferred).
