As a Vice President - Senior Lead Infrastructure Architect within the Infrastructure Platforms Cloud Foundations team, you will partner with internal customers to accelerate cloud platform adoption across various lines of business. Required skills include proficiency in programming languages for automation, practical cloud-native experience, and the ability to apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for documentation and tooling. You will solve complex problems regarding cloud landing zones, boundary constructs, and platform resiliency.

What you'll do

Guide engineering teams through end-to-end cloud platform adoption, including migration workflows and onboarding.
Design high-quality infrastructure solutions for complex technical initiatives using deep architectural knowledge.
Build and maintain automation scripts and self-service tools to reduce manual effort and scale support.
Translate customer friction points into actionable product feedback and engineering improvement requests.
Develop clear platform documentation and training materials to support engineering communities at scale.
Apply enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate documentation, tooling development, and customer support.
Contribute to multi-year adoption roadmaps by identifying customer needs and platform blockers.
Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and provide structured feedback to leadership and product teams.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience with cloud platform delivery, including application deployment, infrastructure configuration, and operational support.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure architecture principles, including networking, identity and access management, and environment governance.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages with experience writing automation scripts and platform tooling.
Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to analyze current-state infrastructure and make well-reasoned recommendations for future-state architecture aligned to resiliency and security.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences.
Experience working directly with internal or external customers in a technical advisory or support capacity.
Experience working at code level on platform or infrastructure tooling, including cloud landing zone and boundary constructs (preferred).
Familiarity with agentic AI tooling and its application to platform operations and engineering productivity (preferred).
Background in developer experience, technical enablement, or platform advocacy roles (preferred).
Experience contributing to technical documentation programs or delivering engineering training at scale (preferred).
