Workforce Identity and Directory Services, VP - Enterprise Technology

What you'll do

• Lead the design and modernization of enterprise identity platforms across hybrid environments.
• Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap for Active Directory infrastructure.
• Govern and optimize Microsoft Entra ID security features and external collaboration policies.
• Manage hybrid AD environments, including Azure AD Connect configuration and monitoring.
• Establish and enforce identity security best practices aligned with zero trust principles.
• Oversee Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP authentication protocols and drive migration to modern standards.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a focus on Active Directory and identity management.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 from an IAM perspective, including integration with Entra ID and security features.
• Expertise in authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP, and NTLM.
• Experience implementing passwordless authentication strategies using FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, and PKI.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory security assessment tools such as BloodHound, PingCastle, and Purple Knight.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, DSC, and Microsoft Graph API for automation and configuration management.
• Microsoft certifications including Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
