What you'll do

  • Manage the engineering, implementation, and lifecycle of enterprise security tools and platforms.
  • Optimize tool configurations to align with industry best practices and internal security standards.
  • Improve organizational detection, prevention, and response capabilities through continuous tool enhancement.
  • Identify and remediate configuration gaps, coverage issues, and specific security findings.
  • Provide technical input on architecture and design decisions during security reviews.
  • Develop operational metrics and reporting to track tool effectiveness and overall security posture.
  • Document technical processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures for the team.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity with 8 years experience; Master's with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable for the role.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an Information Security or IT engineering role.
  • Experience supporting or operating enterprise security tools, including Silverfort.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management practices, remediation workflows, and core security concepts like access control and threat detection.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one security domain such as endpoint, identity, network, cloud, DLP, EPM, WAF, email security, or CSPM.
  • Experience with specific tools including Microsoft Defender suite, Purview, Netskope, Palo Alto, Imperva, Intune, Perception Point, or Security Copilot.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
