What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end engineering and lifecycle for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Identity.
Maintain and enhance platform configurations based on Microsoft best practices and internal security standards.
Drive continuous improvement of detection, prevention, and response capabilities across the enterprise.
Perform security reviews and architecture assessments of cloud solutions to identify and mitigate risks.
Develop KPIs and executive reporting metrics to measure and communicate cloud security program effectiveness.
Lead the strategic roadmap for cloud security initiatives.
Execute remediation plans for misconfigurations, coverage gaps, and identified security findings.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
Minimum 15 years of experience is required for those with a Bachelor's, 12 years for a Master's, and 8 years for a PhD.
At least 7 years of experience in an Information Security role is required.
Must possess at least one professional certification: Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or GMON.
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) is required.
Deep hands-on experience in Azure security and strong vulnerability management fundamentals are required.
Strong understanding of Active Directory/identity security, endpoint security, RBAC, and access governance is required.
Experience integrating with Microsoft Intune and SIEM/SOAR systems is required.
