What you'll do

  • Perform methods engineering analysis including process design, time and motion studies, and work measurement.
  • Design and implement manufacturing facility layouts, material handling systems, and space optimization solutions.
  • Calculate and analyze capacity data for materials processing, labor, space, equipment, and production processes.
  • Lead technical projects from planning through implementation while managing budgets, risks, and project timelines.
  • Conduct ergonomics and human factors evaluations to design safer and more efficient work areas.
  • Prepare cost analyses, business cases, and ROI calculations to support project selection and decision-making.
  • Develop manufacturing line designs and process readiness plans for new product introductions.
  • Create executive-level communications regarding project status, risks, and business impacts for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and practical experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing operations, and technical project execution.
  • Must possess conceptual and practical expertise in process improvement, capacity planning, facility design, and material handling.
  • Requires working knowledge of project planning, schedule management, risk management, budget awareness, and stakeholder management.
