Manager, Industrial Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the industrial engineering team by setting goals, providing direction, and evaluating performance from prototyping through full-scale production.
• Develop and execute strategic concepts for new manufacturing facilities and unique production scaling methods.
• Design production lines and workstation layouts using a data-driven approach for both low and high-rate production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, enhance quality, and maximize throughput across product lines.
• Identify and resolve process variations, imbalances, and bottlenecks by collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.
• Maintain capacity plans, balanced line layouts, CapEx plans, staffing allocations, and time standards for future manufacturing needs.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, ergonomic, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Establish training and documentation programs to enhance team skills and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial engineering in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of leading teams and developing new manufacturing lines, facilities, and concepts.
• Experience driving production scaling efforts within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
• Ability to obtain an active security clearance is preferred.
