What you'll do

Deliver high-quality infrastructure services solutions for clients using IBM Power servers and the IBM i operating system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within client systems to ensure reliable service delivery.
Design and implement infrastructure solutions that improve performance and security for IBM i environments.

What we're looking for

Familiarity with IBM Power servers and their operating systems, particularly IBM i.
Knowledge of the IBM i operating system features and capabilities.
Experience delivering infrastructure services solutions including design and implementation.
Ability to support client systems through troubleshooting and resolution.
Experience collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions based on their needs.
Advanced knowledge of IBM Power server virtualization and high availability (preferred).
Knowledge of advanced IBM i features, Java, C programming, GitHub, and Linux (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree.
