As a Delivery Consultant - Data & AI within the Technology Expert Labs team, you will provide expert consulting services to help clients optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products. You will work directly with clients to understand their specific business needs and implement tailored solutions that enhance their overall capabilities. Your daily work involves analyzing client data to identify trends and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. To succeed in this role, you must possess proficiency in at least one programming language and a development environment. You will specifically utilize the IBM Data Platform, including products such as OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges related to AI/MLOps product integration and data analysis for diverse client environments.
Provide expert consulting services to optimize client configuration, deployment, and usage of AI/MLOps products.
Implement technical solutions using IBM's Data Platform products like watsonx.ai and watsonx.data.
Support client adoption of AI/MLOps tools to ensure they achieve desired business outcomes.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for improvement recommendations.

What we're looking for
US Citizenship required.
Experience in consulting service delivery to optimize AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, and adoption.
Knowledge of IBM Data Platform products including OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data.
Proficiency in one or more current programming languages and development environments.
Ability to perform data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Experience implementing solutions that improve client AI/MLOps capabilities.
Exposure to other AI/MLOps products beyond IBM's Data Platform (preferred); advanced data analysis techniques (preferred); industry-specific experience in finance, healthcare, or retail (preferred).
