Manager, Technical Delivery

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end execution of client data migration efforts including staffing, forecasting, and project budgets.
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex projects by providing governance and expert steering.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and data migration consultants.
• Define and continuously improve the technical delivery methodology for integrations and data migrations.
• Manage team bandwidth to balance client delivery with learning, development, and internal initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the data engineering and integration practice.
• Communicate technical and project status effectively to both technical and executive-level audiences.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in engineering, data migration, integrations, or related technical delivery roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex, client-facing technical projects and managing or leading a team of engineers.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Boomi, ETL pipelines, Python, and SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Git, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, API integrations, data modeling, migration, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Experience in a professional services or implementation-led delivery environment.
• Experience with CRM or SaaS platform data, particularly in financial services or deal management systems.
