AI Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise the full lifecycle of AI solutions from initial ideation through design, development, and deployment.
• Translate complex technical requirements between business process owners and AI engineering teams.
• Prioritize, scope, and shape AI use case opportunities with business functional leaders.
• Design scalable and reusable AI solutions to maximize impact across global operations.
• Navigate the organization to remove roadblocks for engineers during the development process.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality and adoption.
• Ensure all AI developments comply with corporate policies, risk controls, and data handling standards.
• Represent the AI Center of Excellence as an advocate for AI adoption across the company.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python with experience building production-grade services and automation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, cloud-native deployment patterns, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional technical teams.
