AI Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise the full lifecycle of AI solutions from initial ideation through design, development, and deployment.
• Prioritize and scope AI use case opportunities with business functional leaders to ensure measurable value.
• Design scalable and reusable AI solutions across Rockwell's global supply chain operations.
• Navigate the organization to remove blockers for engineers and advance solution progress.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and incorporate structured feedback to improve solution quality and adoption.
• Ensure all developments comply with corporate AI policies, risk controls, and data handling standards.
• Represent the AI Center of Excellence in interactions with business process owners to advocate for AI adoption.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT Management, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, data science, or related experience (preferred).
• Python proficiency with experience building production-grade services and automation pipelines (preferred).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (preferred).
• Experience with Azure AI services, cloud-native deployment, and Microsoft 365/Graph API integration (preferred).
