Delivery Consultant - Entry Level Sales Program 2027 serves as a guide at the intersection of technology, people, and process to help clients align business strategy with emerging technologies. What you'll do

Assist with cloud migration and system application implementation or upgrades.
Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather information.
Document requirements from product owners and business leads.
Develop process maps to define "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios.
Translate client requirements into analytical specifications for IBM solution implementation.
Define operational scenarios including processes, models, use cases, and plans.
Project the business value of solutions and track key performance indicator impacts.
Analyze data to support conclusions, strategies, and organizational design.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud Strategies, AI, Networks, and DevOps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with computer languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, or HTML (preferred).
SQL skills, data structure knowledge, and ETL experience (preferred).
Data analysis skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (preferred).
