Delivery Consultant Intern - Entry Level Sales Program 2027 is a role situated at the intersection of technology, people, and process. As an Associate Consultant Intern, you will guide clients through their transformation journeys by analyzing their goals, developing process maps for as-is and to-be scenarios, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will participate in workshops, manage stakeholder interviews, and project the business value of solutions using Design Thinking in Agile environments. The role requires a basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud strategies, AI, networks, and DevOps. Preferred skills include proficiency in Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL, and data analysis. You will work to help clients adapt to market shifts by implementing systems, managing cloud migrations, and developing tailored communications to solve complex business problems through innovative technology solutions.
Assist with cloud migration projects and system application implementations or upgrades.
Conduct workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to gather information.
Document business requirements from product owners and lead stakeholders.
Develop process maps to define "As-Is" and "To-Be" scenarios for clients.
Translate client requirements into technical analytical specifications for IBM solutions.
Define operational use cases and project the business value of solutions using KPIs.
Create tailored communications for specific audiences to drive solution adoption.
Analyze data to support conclusions regarding strategy and organizational design.
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology.
Basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud Strategies, AI, Networks, and Devops.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with programming languages including Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, and HTML (preferred).
SQL skills, data structures knowledge, ETL skills, and data analysis skills (preferred).
Experience in a corporate setting or internship with a demonstrated track record (preferred).
