As a Delivery Consultant, GDPS, you will join the Technology Expert Labs team to provide world-class services focused on optimizing GDPS system health and performance. In this role, you will analyze client systems to identify areas for improvement, offer expert guidance on best practices for configuration and maintenance, and advise clients on leveraging new features and functions to increase efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering client-facing services, which includes presenting findings, addressing concerns, and collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions. The role requires expertise in GDPS system analysis, performance optimization techniques, and IT service delivery methodologies. You will work specifically within the GDPS on Z product area to solve complex technical challenges regarding system health, troubleshooting, and proactive performance management for your clients.
