Associate Human Capital Management, Talent Management

What you'll do

• Design and implement strategic talent assessment frameworks to evaluate employee performance and manager effectiveness.
• Manage project lifecycles for global talent initiatives, including defining milestones, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to develop, test, and enhance talent management technology solutions.
• Ensure all talent management practices and systems comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Execute change management by creating training resources and guidance for employees and managers.
• Analyze performance metrics and data insights to optimize processes and report on the impact of initiatives.
• Provide cross-regional advisory to stakeholders regarding business-as-usual processes and strategic talent projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data, identify themes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint for managing large datasets.
• Experience with large-scale process cycles, system implementations, or operational workflows within HR/Talent platforms.
• Exposure to automation, AI, or digital workflow solutions.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with impeccable judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex problems to stakeholders.
