Human Capital Management (HCM) Strategy, Data Program Product Management, Vice President joins the HCM Strategy team to drive global, large-scale transformational initiatives. This role involves leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, develop business cases with ROI justifications, and oversee data lineage for data products. Key responsibilities include collaborating with technology and business leaders to define roadmaps and managing vendor relationships. Required skills include SQL, Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. You must possess foundational knowledge of data architecture, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling. The role solves complex problems by integrating systems to enhance employee experience and deliver quantifiable automation benefits.
Articulate and lead the HCM product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-wide HCM systems from conception to implementation.
Develop robust business cases for new products including financial ROI and key performance indicators.
Oversee user research, stakeholder interviews, and continuous feedback loops to inform product decisions.
Maintain end-to-end data lineage for all data products.
Manage vendor relationships including platform evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
Ensure adherence to governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance standards across all HCM products.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management leading complex, large-scale database and data-intensive products.
Demonstrated expertise in the full product lifecycle management of data architecture projects from conceptual design to sustained adoption.
Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture concepts including data structures, modeling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Working proficiency with SQL and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools like Business Objects, Tableau, or Power BI.
Superior executive-level communication skills and advanced strategic problem-solving abilities to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master, or other relevant product management certifications (preferred).
