What you'll do

  • Develop and lead the product strategy for firmwide KYC compliance solutions.
  • Oversee the product roadmap by prioritizing initiatives based on regulatory changes and business needs.
  • Integrate emerging technologies like generative AI and machine learning into the KYC product portfolio.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications for engineering and operations teams.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers to execute the firm's strategic vision for KYC systems.
  • Coordinate with change management teams to plan and release new system features.
  • Ensure all products meet global regulatory standards for anti-money laundering and know your customer rules.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Legal, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a product management role at a global, highly regulated financial institution.
  • Firm understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLookups) and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of data structures and query languages such as SQL.
  • Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Analysis methodologies.
  • Experience using JIRA and writing business requirements.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, graph network solutions, or large scale system development (preferred).
