Senior Talent Manager, Talent Platform

What you'll do

• Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Talent Platform.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize investments and deliver new platform capabilities.
• Translate user feedback and design-thinking insights into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption through readiness programs, communications, and community building.
• Develop data strategies and reporting frameworks to measure platform effectiveness and business impact.
• Collaborate with technical partners to build AI-powered and agentic talent experiences.
• Ensure data consistency and interoperability across rewards, skills, and other HR systems.
• Provide expert consultation to stakeholders to solve complex talent management challenges.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of experience in HR practices or program/project management.
• At least 3 years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects, programs, products, or transformational initiatives is required.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations and driving large-scale change and adoption is preferred.
• Proficiency in data and technology, including people analytics, HR technology platforms, and AI/agent-based capabilities, is preferred.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify patterns and structures within complex organizational systems is preferred.
• Experience as a product owner or working closely with engineering and product teams is preferred.
• Strong skills in program planning, stakeholder alignment, and communicating with senior leadership are preferred.
