What you'll do

Design and implement HR operating models that integrate digital solutions, automation, and shared services.
Develop HR transformation strategies using AI, GenAI, and data analytics to improve workforce planning and employee engagement.
Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technologies, including HRIS and AI tools, for client needs.
Manage end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technology systems.
Identify new business opportunities and write high-quality proposals to drive growth in the HR transformation practice.
Coach and develop internal practitioners on the functional craft of HR transformation and emerging trends.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and implementing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing strategies.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the High Tech, Comms & Media, or Software & Platforms industry.
Experience with global clients and knowledge of international HR practices and compliance.
Agile or Scrum Certification (preferred).
In-depth understanding of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (preferred).
