HR Reinvention Consultant, Software & Platforms Industry

What you'll do

• Advise senior client stakeholders on HR operating models, technology integration, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies that integrate AI, GenAI, and automation into traditional HR practices.
• Analyze HR data to design future-state models for talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks including shared services and outsourcing options.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technologies such as HRIS and AI tools through the RFP process.
• Streamline HR processes by implementing intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure HR transformation initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new technologies and organizational processes.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation.
• Minimum of 6 months experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes and outcomes.
• Ability to travel is required.
• Experience in the Software & Platforms industry (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of leading HR platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM (preferred).
• Expertise in managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes (preferred).
• Agile or Scrum certification (preferred).
