What you'll do

Develop and implement HR reinvention strategies that integrate AI, GenAI, and automation into traditional HR practices.
Design new HR operating models and service delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technologies, including HRIS and AI tools, for client needs.
Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize HR resource allocation and identify areas for process improvement.
Manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure HR transformation initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new technologies and organizational processes.
Identify new business opportunities and draft high-quality proposals to win HR reinvention engagements.
Develop thought leadership and coach internal practitioners on the functional craft of HR Reinvention.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation.
Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.
Ability to travel as required.
Agile or Scrum certification (preferred).
Experience with global clients and knowledge of international HR practices and compliance (preferred).
