Federal Sales Engineer

What you'll do

• Design complex enterprise collaboration and unified communications solutions to address specific customer challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence executive-level decisions regarding hybrid work and technology strategies.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value of HP video conferencing systems and hardware.
• Integrate HP collaboration endpoints with third-party cloud platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Resolve complex technical issues involving audio quality, video performance, and device interoperability.
• Develop strategic account plans to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth in the federal sector.
• Identify risks in collaboration architectures and develop mitigation strategies for network readiness and management.
• Mentor junior team members on HP products, cloud services, and consultative selling techniques.

What we're looking for

• A four-year or graduate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Typically 5 to 10 years of experience in technical selling, presales engineering, or enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in Federal government environments.
• Top Secret clearance (preferred).
• Expertise in unified communications platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Skills in device provisioning, firmware management, and lifecycle management for collaboration endpoints.
