What you'll do

  • Own the strategy and lifecycle of sales productivity tools including contact intelligence and data enrichment platforms.
  • Lead AI tooling strategy for Sales and Customer Success organizations to enhance sales productivity through intelligent sequencing and personalization.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and benchmarking against alternatives.
  • Define and track success metrics for all managed tools to inform consolidation, expansion, or replacement decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to lead tool onboarding, change management, and adoption programs ensuring field teams maximize value from platforms.

What we're looking for

  • 2-4+ years experience in GTM Strategy & Operations or related analytical field.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contribute to commercial negotiations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with B2B sales technology, including contact intelligence and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Sales and CS teams to drive tooling solutions.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring tool adoption, ROI, and usage trends.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and integration with sales productivity tools.
