GTM Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Manage recurring operational processes for the global Channels & Alliances organization to ensure timely and scalable execution.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline, partner performance, and key business metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, resolve business issues, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with and evaluate external vendors to support system enhancements and business initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure organizational consistency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI-enabled tools and other automation platforms.
• Serve as a primary operational resource for stakeholders while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in Business, Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Experience building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards with a strong understanding of CRM data.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets to organize data and identify trends.
• Experience working with business systems and operational tooling to support system enhancements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and experience improving operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
