Director, GTM Enablement Operations joins the GTM Enablement & Business Value Operations team as a center of excellence leader. This role focuses on building the operational foundation to scale go-to-market execution across Sales Enablement, Technical Solutions Enablement, and Business Value. The successful candidate will lead the Operations and Systems & Analytics teams to establish operating models, governance, and business processes while managing large cross-functional initiatives like Sales Kickoff and Technical Sales Kickoff. Key responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks for organizational health, managing content management systems, and integrating AI-enabled workflows into the enablement ecosystem. The role requires expertise in LMS, CMS, and knowledge management platforms, alongside experience with tools like Docebo, Gong, Asana, and Tableau. The position solves the challenge of scaling complex enablement programs through advanced technology integration, automated workflows, and data-driven insights to improve overall business performance.
Design and evolve the operational foundation for GTM Enablement including governance, planning processes, and delivery standards.
Lead the Systems & Analytics team to manage enablement technology, learning systems, content management, and automation.
Develop an operational measurement framework to provide insights on organizational health, capacity, and program effectiveness.
Serve as the Operations Leader for large cross-functional initiatives like Sales Kickoff (SKO) and Technical Sales Kickoff (TSKO).
Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows and emerging technologies to create organizational leverage and efficiency.
Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise tools for learning, reporting, and business performance.
Lead and develop the Operations and Systems & Analytics teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or other advanced degree (preferred).
10+ years of experience leading Operations, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar functions in a high-growth SaaS organization.
Proven experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and scalable business processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
Experience leading multiple operational disciplines including systems, analytics, business intelligence, or program management.
Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise technologies for learning, enablement, collaboration, and workflow automation.
Expertise in AI platforms, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into business workflows (preferred).
Experience supporting Sales, Technical Solutions, or Customer Success organizations (preferred).
