What you'll do

Build data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and integrations using GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization within the BigQuery environment.
Develop machine learning models and AI solutions utilizing Vertex AI and Gemini Foundation Models.
Implement MLOps processes including model monitoring, retraining, deployment, and RAG experimentation.
Translate client requirements gathered during workshops into technical tasks and implementation plans.
Manage data governance, quality checks, and lineage tracking using tools like Dataplex and IAM.
Develop dashboards and analytics products using Looker or Looker Studio.
Create internal documentation, reusable components, and contribute to internal accelerators.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, ML Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL, data modeling, and building data pipelines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Python or AI/GenAI tools (Vertex AI preferred).
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
Experience with GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, and Looker (preferred).
Exposure to AI/ML development, Vertex AI, Gemini models, embeddings, or RAG patterns (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD, Git, agile delivery environments, or Google Cloud certifications (preferred).
